Here’s the details…

Let us tell you about how we’ve made this process as simple and easy as possible for you…

Step One:

Simply choose from one of the monthly plans that best fits you. Think about what fits into your monthly budget and how often you visit.

Step Two:

Once you have chosen a plan, you will set up the delivery and pick up of your box using the delivery and pick up page on this site with the information for your next trip to the Grand Strand. Make sure you’ve done this at least 48 hours in advance. We will drop off your empty box, that you will fill with your belongings that you don’t want to lug back home with you. Many of our visitors fly or already have a car full of kids and need all the extra space freed up that they can get.

You will also be given a serial numbered zip tie that you secure your box with before we pick it up. This way you can make note of the number and feel safe and secure that your box will not be opened until your next visit, when you open it yourself.

Step Three:

Next, we will come pick up your box with the information you’ve provided on the original delivery and pick up form once you’ve filled your box and are ready for it to head to storage.

Easy as 1, 2, 3 Done!

Our storage facility is temperature controlled so that you can assure your belongings are well taken care of while you are gone.

We do have limitations on certain items of course, such as perishable foods, lithium batteries, etc. For a full list of items that are not allowed please make sure to check out our FAQs page at the bottom under RESTRICTED ITEMS.
